The Osmo 360 II cleared the FCC one day before the Covered List action. DJI launched it everywhere but here.

DJI launched the Osmo 360 II in China on August 13 with 8K/60 recording and replaceable lenses, then took it global on September 3 at IFA in Berlin. The launch materials carry UK pricing of 509 pounds for the Standard Combo and 639 pounds for the Adventure Combo, and euro pricing from 589 euros and 739 euros, with UK and EU availability to be announced later in September. They name no U.S. price, no U.S. date, and no U.S. market. DJI's U.S. site does not list the camera. The company has not said why a product it is free to sell here shipped a global price sheet with the United States left off it.

The contrast is the Pocket 4, the Pocket 4P, and the Mic Mini 2S, whose authorizations landed after the December 22 cutoff and which cannot be imported or sold as new in the U.S. under the current rule. Same manufacturer, same season, opposite outcomes, decided by a date in an FCC database. That is the mechanism buyers keep asking about when they search whether DJI is banned, and it is why the FCC's July rule requiring FCC IDs on marketplace listings matters at the checkout page.
