How a report is handled

  1. 01The claim is checked against the primary source: the statute, rule, agency page, or manufacturer page.
  2. 02If the page is wrong, it is fixed and restamped, and material changes are logged on the updates page.
  3. 03Regulatory pages are never changed on a secondary source alone, so a link to the official text helps most.
