400 ft AGL for private/recreational VLOS unless GCAA approves otherwise.
Recreational
Requires GCAA registration or temporary approval, safety course/CBT, and written approval.
Commercial work
Requires GCAA RPAS commercial certification or ROC process.

Restricted, prohibited, danger, special-use, and no-fly zones require prior authorization.
