Bonaire is a caution flag. The Dutch BES unmanned aviation framework is being implemented, so confirm the current legal start date and local permission path before bringing a drone.

Bring it

Do not pack a drone for Bonaire unless the current BES rule status and operating permission are confirmed in writing.

Register it

The BES framework is distinct from ordinary European Netherlands drone registration; confirm current ILT/local registration or exemption requirements.

Fly it

Recreational drone operations should be treated as restricted until ILT/local authorities confirm the current Bonaire process.
