Bring it

Do not bring a drone for use in Russia without confirming import, registration, and flight authorization through official Russian channels.

Register it

Rosaviatsiya maintains the official unmanned civil aircraft accounting/registration path; foreign visitors should verify eligibility before bringing a drone.

Fly it

Recreational visitor flights should be treated as unavailable unless Russian authorities confirm the exact aircraft, location, date, and airspace use in writing.

Use the State ATM Corporation / official airspace process and current regional restrictions. Many areas can be unavailable because of security or temporary limits.

Before you travel
