A submission must include the original file and license, exact aircraft fit, print settings, installed weight, completed tests, and known failures.

What each record includes

A model file is only the starting point

The notebook links to the original model host. It adds the exact fit, print settings, and test results that a thumbnail cannot show.

Original creator, host URL, declared license, model revision, and download date

Fit
Frame or aircraft revision, mounted component, measured spacing, hardware, clearances, and conflicts

Job
Printer, nozzle, filament brand and hardness, profile, orientation, supports, walls, infill, and cooled weight

Tests
Installed photos, props-off checks, low hover, normal flight, service time, wear, heat, vibration, and failures

Test status

Each label tells you which checks were completed

  1. 01

    Source recorded

    The original file, creator, host, declared license, and version were recorded. The part has not been fit or flight tested.

  2. 02

    Fit checked

    A named builder confirmed the dimensions, hardware, installation, and clearance on the exact listed setup.

  3. 03

    Flight checked

    The part passed a documented low hover and normal-flight check on the listed aircraft configuration.

  4. 04

    Used over time

    The record includes wear, heat, vibration, impact, or failure notes from several sessions.

Submission requirements

What every submission must include

We may ask for missing photos or test notes. Submission does not guarantee publication.

Identity

Creator or submitter name, attribution preference, part name, revision, and original file URL.

License

The license shown by the original host, whether this is an original or remix, and the source model for any remix.

Exact fit

Aircraft or frame and revision, mounted component and revision, measured hole spacing, fasteners, and known conflicts.

Print job

Printer, nozzle, material brand and hardness, profile, orientation, supports, walls, infill, and finished part weight.

Tests

Photos of the installed part plus the highest completed level: source recorded, fit checked, flight checked, or used over time.

Failure notes

Cracks, movement, heat effects, vibration, blocked cooling, damaged hardware, revisions, and the conditions that retire the part.

Photos and files stay with their original creator or a host the creator controls. Remove serial numbers, addresses, binding phrases, and other private data before sharing.

Copied files, hidden failures, and harmful hardware stay out

We decline copied commercial models, unattributed remixes, weapon components, payload-release mechanisms intended to harm, Remote ID defeat devices, promotional listings without test details, and records that omit a known safety failure.
