DGCA India
India
Strict or complexDigitalSky registration and strong airspace controls
India is not a casual bring-and-fly destination. Use DigitalSky and verify tourist/import practicality before packing.
Bring it
Importing or bringing drones can involve customs and DGFT restrictions. Confirm before travel.
Register it
Use DigitalSky for UIN, permissions, and zone workflows where applicable.
Fly it
Register on DigitalSky and obtain a UIN unless an exemption applies. Nano drones and micro non-commercial flights have lighter pilot-certificate treatment.
Map check
DigitalSky maps green, yellow, and red zone constraints.
